Methodology is published, not just claimed. Every evidence summary on this page states its epistemic level explicitly (Observed, Derived, Inferred, Probable, Possible, or Unknown) rather than reading as uniformly confident.

The findings suggest a correlation between the two markers, based on the reviewed cohort. This is not a causal claim.

Limitations
